ANDOVER, MA — Polls are open in Andover's town election from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday. Voters will elect a town moderator, two Select Board members, two School Committee members, one member of the Housing Authority, two Trustees of the Punchard Free School and a Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical School District Commission member None of the races are contested.
