On Jan 25 2021 between 8:30am and 10am. I left Phoenix going to Tucson. I am looking for truck or car OR individual who witnessed this event on a wet Monday morning as we are driving toward Tucson. I was in the three east bound lanes in the area that exits a Arizona College off ramp. I am headed east, remember. Someone in the same direction saw what happen. Please, this is important, you saw it, reach out to me. It will stay anonymous I am only interested in the people headed to Tucson.
