Lompoc, CA 93436 & Santa Maria, CA Requirements: -Cleaning houses/Offices/Commercials. -Working in teams -Fully understanding projects, plans and willing to follow instructions. -Completing and submitting accurate daily and detailed projects. -Must have a clean background for employment. - Employer Permit. -Background Check. -Minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experienced -Valid California Driver's license -Bilingual -Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills positively impacting teams and clients. -Ability to adjust the working schedule on short notice or to accommodate current projects. -Ability to work in a fast action oriented environment. -Highly organized and detailed oriented, flexible to adjust to changing demands. -Projects a positive and professional image. -Client service oriented and able to provide explanation and adjust the needs of the client.
