PERRY HALL, MD — A Perry Hall woman is working toward becoming a flight officer in the U.S. Navy through a 13-week program called Officer Candidate School. Heather Lancellotti, who graduated from Perry Hall High School and has master's degrees from Notre Dame of Maryland and Stevenson University, is in flight school in Pensacola, Florida, training to be a flight officer.
