We are looking to hire a full time hard working TRUE animal lover to take care of all the animals at the ranch. We are a non profit animal rescue and have chickens, horses, turkeys, pigs (small and really big ones) and over 250 guinea pigs. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of hard physical work come rain or shine. Yes there is cuddle time but not a lot of it and mostly we just work really hard keeping the animals fed and watered. No time for chit chat sadly Cleaning guinea pig cages and horse stalls Learning how to perform health checks on guinea pigs, clips nails etc (training will be given) Assisting the public with adoptions, health checks and purchases Schedules may change often but you will be required to work Holidays and weekends Speak English Ability to lift 50lbs Be on your feet all day Like people as we have a lot of them that visit Have your own transport Give medication to the animals No afraid to get dirty Don't be squeamish No animal experience needed - training will be given Please include a cover letter and resume.
