Los Angeles based Construction Company is looking for a Lead Plumber to join their growing team
DUTIES:
- Commercial construction from the ground up
- Oversee projects
- Rough in plumbing
- Installing gas lines
- Installing water line
- Underground
- Finish (top out)
- Measure and cut piping according to specifications
- Cover driving area of LA County
MUST HAVES:
- 7+ years of experience as a Plumber
- Experience running jobs/being the lead or foreman
- Prior experience in commercial plumbing
- Experience soldering and pipe installation
- Ability to read blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer facing skills & experience
JOB DETAILS:
- Rate: $35 to $37 p/h paid weekly
- Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 2 PM
- This is a long term position
- Mileage expenses covered
- Overtime available
