We are rapidly expanding and are looking for hardworking individuals to join our team. This position is focused on landscaping but may occasionally involve responsibilities within other trades. At least 2 years of professional landscaping experience is required. To be considered, applicants will be expected to have experience doing more than just digging holes. Applicants should have a working knowledge of: -Trenching and grading -Planting -Trimming & Hedging -Laying drip irrigation and installing sprinklers -Installation of irrigation valves & controller boxes -Constructing rock walls and laying flagstone -Installing pavers -Installing artificial turf You must be an excellent communicator, able to work on a team, and have the intention of remaining with our company long-term. This is a full-time position with benefits, paid time off and holidays, and room for advancement. Someone with a broad skill set, who is able to function as a foreman or manage a crew will qualify for a higher wage. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: -Excellent work ethic -Physically capable of manual labor -Honest, timely and reliable -Reliable personal transportation -Desire to build/create -Willingness to take direction and learn new skills -Able to comply with safety rules and job site best practices as instructed -Works well with others -Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV Record -Be legally allowed to work in the US -No felonies in the past 10 years -No drug use If you have your own truck and any tools that is a Plus.
