Hi,
I have two pieces of fascia/capping that I need to have re-caulked. One piece on the ground floor near the garage came loose and I was going to do that myself, but then a 2nd piece came loose last week with the wind that needs to be caulked as well. It's on the second floor and I'm not a fan of heights. I'm guessing they are both 10-12' in length.
Only one side of each fascia needs to be caulked.
It's a pretty simple job and shouldn't take that long at all, just need someone who 1. Is used to working with heights and 2, has the appropriate ladders. You'll need the right sized ladder to place on the 1st floor roof, to do the fascia on the 2nd floor - see photo's.
If you're a roofer, painter, etc... who has the ladders and works with heights on a regular basis, send me a quick email and let me know how much you'll charge and when you can stop by.
Thanks
