TruSeal America is currently growing and adding to its Asphalt Team! Paving, Roller, skid loader operators, CDL Drivers and Mechanic. Paving crew labor (No experience necessary) Professionally operate paver and skid loader with various attachments including sweeper, miller, and broom, as well as, heavy equipment of various size and weights, in a safe and efficient manner Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment Follow direction of foremen as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required Other duties as may be assigned Qualifications: Perform each responsibility stated above successfully High school diploma or General Education Degree is preferred 4-5 years of related asphalt and construction experience and/or training Valid Minnesota driver’s license Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary (typically M-F) Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematical calculations Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions Able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects or controls, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl Able to see (with correction, if necessary) close distance, peripheral, depth, and focus Able to work in all weather conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience (Operator) $18-24 per hour based on experience (Labor) Health/Vision/Dental 401(k)
