Plaster walls restoration

I am looking for someone to help me restore the plaster in a large old house. Drywall experience would probably be useful but not necessary. You will be using a plaster hawk and trowel not drywall knives. This gig requires physical exertion, you must be able to move heavy bags, climb ladders, etc. pay is $15/hr to start. After the first room is complete we will move to paying per square foot, with the goal of you earning $20/hr. I will train the right person.
