2 year old Male Border Collie

I have a 2 year old male border Collie we are looking to re-home as our lifestyle has changed and he deserves more than we are able to provide right now. He is very sweet, potty & kennel trained and great with kids however I'm unsure how he would do with other pets. He does have some food aggression and pulling/herding issues while walking but I believe with some steady direction he would have no problem correcting these behaviors.
