Veterans – I am looking for a few good men, or women. National Guard, Veterans, or retired Veterans only. Unique residential construction project in Leander, Texas. This is a part time temporary position with varying hours. Great opportunity for temporary or some part time work. Starting: 15 APR until possibly September. Some sort of carpentry, handyman, general construction knowledge, and related experience a must. I can train. Duties include but not limited to: assist rough framing, assist install flooring/siding, read tape measure to 1/32; be able to use or smarter than a table saw, circular saw, bandsaw, planers, power tools, levels, nail guns, hammers etc. Lift 50 pounds. Stack lumber. Move things. Fill dumpsters. Sweep. Scrape. Eyes, ears, respirators, masks and gloves provided as needed. Long pants, and closed toe shoes required. Hourly pay. This is NOT contract labor. $15-30+ per hour depending on experience. Paid cash probation/selection period 30-40 hours. Flexible hours, you have the flexibility to make most of your schedule each week. Some Saturdays possible, but rare. Guaranteed 20 hours per week, up to 40, depending on how I can fill the time. You must be able to show up and hustle. No smoking/texting drinking or drugging on the job. References REQUIRED. Background check. Send references, resume or what you got and I will call you.
