Needs to diagnose and repair problems, know how to add additional circuits to panel, etc I am a real estate investor and have rental property repairs that need done part time. Today I have an outdoor short and need someone to diagnose and fix. Also need a new circuit and some outlets installed in interior. This is only a part time, per job, as needed gig.
