Survey is looking for Remodel Merchandisers to complete an overnight remodel project in Seward, NE This is a seasonal W2 position that pays $20 per hour and we offer mileage reimbursement on a case by case basis. The work starts immediately until May 14th. We have shifts available Mon - Wed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am & Thurs - Fri from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. For your first 5 shifts completed you will be paid by OpenForce and then will converted to W2 and get your payment via Paychex once completing the company enrollment process. As a reset merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores. You'll implement the new planogram (shelf map/schematic), move fixtures, set signage, stock products, and more. You'll have a designated team lead on-site, and the team lead assigns your specific tasks, checks your work, and acts like your supervisor. About you: The ideal candidate likes to work hard, is reliable, and has reliable transportation, and takes his or her work seriously. While you will be working with other reset merchandisers, you will have to work independently. We prefer people with reset experience but can be flexible if you're the right person. After the reset ends, you will have plenty of other opportunities through our app, both with resets and with other retail services work. About the Position: Ability to work all shifts is preferred Workdays: Starts immediately until May 14th Hours are 8:00 pm - 5:00 am (Sun thru Thurs) including 1 hr unpaid lunch, two 15-min paid breaks Pay is $20.00 / hour, paid via Openforce for the first 5 shifts before converting to seasonal W2 and get paid via Paychex. Six hours of paid online training are required before your first shift. Your Responsibilities: Remove products from the shelves Place new items based on the updated planogram (POG) Assemble and install fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage Attach shelf tags Make sure the products face the front and are in perfect order Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time Ability to work on a team and follow instructions Must have reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license Must have an Android or iOS device capable of running the Survey Merchandiser app Previous reset or retail merchandising experience preferred Basic knowledge of how to use basic hand tools Able to pass a background check Drug screening may be required Must be 18 years old or older About Survey Merchandiser: Survey is one of the fastest-growing retail merchandising companies in the world.
