Our California office is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo. General Description: Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily picking and shipping requirements. Specific Job Duties: • Pick, pack and ship orders accurately using company shipping software • Assist in receiving all incoming orders • Prepare any outgoing materials for shipping via appropriate carrier • Notify sales team immediately of any “out of inventory” situations • Issue appropriate communications and emails to customers, vendors and sales • Keep warehouse clean and tools/inventory in proper locations • Perform any and all other tasks assigned by management Education Requirements: High School Diploma with some college preferred Work Experience Requirements: • Basic computer skills • Basic math skills • Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday and be detail oriented • Must be able to work both independently or in a team environment • Must have a suitable personality, patience and temperament Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 40lbs.
