Audio and Visual Rental Company Needs Tech for Events (Boston, MA) compensation: hourly Boston, MA audiovisual company seeks experienced individuals with strong AV equipment and systems knowledge, and great customer service skills. Primary responsibilities and requirements include: Audio/visual technology support at company facility and events Knowledge of integrated audiovisual systems Ensuring flawlessly executed events through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment Technical troubleshooting and general equipment servicing General production experience (audio, video, lighting, staging) with a focus on strong audio skills Report running and general administrative tasks Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Top-notch customer service skills required Required Experience A High School diploma is required. 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred. 2 years of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
