Capital Region's Premier Property Management Firm Albany Management is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to assist in maintaining our Commercial or Residential Departments in the Capital District area for: Electrical, Plumbing, light carpentry and painting. You are not expected to be an expert, but someone with solid fundamental understanding of basic repairs to building systems. HVAC experience a plus. Knowledge/Experience doing PM’s, basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems, programming a thermostat, etc. Candidate must be good natured, professional in appearance, good work ethic, clean driving record with dependable vehicle. Candidate should have a common sense approach to problems, ability to work independently, effective time management skills and ability to communicate with superiors any problems or issues with buildings and or tenants.
