The U.S. House already passed this(HR-1). The U.S. Senate will be voting very shortly on this AWFUL S1 bill. Here are a few of S1's mandates. Gives the federal government authority to administer elections Prevents election officials from removing ineligible voters from registries or confirming the eligibility and qualifications of voters: Bans state voter ID laws Allows same-day voter registration: Allows 16-year-olds to register to vote Allows felons to vote Legalizes nationwide mail-in voting, without photo ID: Promotes ballot harvesting: Requires states to accept ballots 10 days after Election Day: Requires colleges and universities to hire “campus vote coordinators Allows politicians to use campaign funds for personal use U.S. Senators are about to vote on legislation (called "S. 1") that includes a risky change to how America's elections work: it will outlaw any state from asking voters to show a legal ID card before casting their vote! This legislation is so corrupt it is now referred to as the "Corrupt Politicians ACT". The Left is trying to sneak this one in while the America public doesn't have a clue as to what is coming down and what is in the 700 page bills. The vote is THIS Wednesday in the Senate. If passed, this bill will transform America forever. Polling shows 90% of Americans support voter IDs. After all, Americans need to show an ID pretty much for most things we do. You have to show ID to buy alcohol, to give blood, to book an airplane ticket, to adopt a pet. You have to show ID to open a bank account, get a library card, rent a car, or buy cigarettes. And an ID is mandatory if you want to get Social Security, a fishing license, food stamps, or a marriage license. So, why do Senators want to let people vote without showing an ID? This is corruption on mega scale and the damage if this bill passes is un-recoverable. We need to take action now while we still have a voice. This is a matter of the life and death of America as we know it. There is no second chances on this one. They already passed it in the House. We need to fight like our life depends on it - because it does.
