11:00 Service Pre-K How is The Rock reopening RocKidz and Tiny Rockers on campus? Our current plan is to open both ministries during the 9:15 and 11:00 services.  We will be operating at a lower capacity in order to put safe practices into place for your children. We do ask that you register for each service separately on our website at www.therockjonesboro.com/kids.   This will allow us to gauge attendance numbers as well as assist during the check in process.Check in will begin 15 minutes prior to each service. Upon arrival, all parents and children will be required to go through a screening process, including a temperature check.  A parent must walk their child to the children’s facility and/or nursery, but may not enter the room with them.Hand sanitizer stations will be placed at the entrances so children can sanitize their hands before entering the classroom.  We will also encourage frequent hand washing for pre-k students.Children’s classes will be restructured in order to accommodate capacity and social distancing. We will now utilize the family center and the 2 large group classrooms.There will be no shared craft supplies.  All snacks will be prepackaged individually.We ask that no diaper bags be left at check-in. Please bring 1-2 diapers and a bottle, if needed.All children’s ministry staff will be screened and wear masks.  Children 10 years of age and older are required to wear a mask for the duration of the service.  Masks are encouraged for children ages 3 and up.We will sanitize all kids ministry areas, including the family center, bathrooms, common surface areas, and higher traffic areas before and after service.We ask that you enter through the back foyer and go through the screening process located in the long hallway.  You will not be allowed to enter directly into the children’s facility without first going through the screening process.If you have children in both nursery and RocKidz, we ask that you drop your RocKidz off first.If your child will be attending RocKidz or Tiny Rockers for both services, we ask that you register for each service separately and also check your child out after the 9:15 service and back in for the 11:00 service. This will allow us time to sanitize in between services.When checking your children out, we ask that you pick your nursery child up first and that you do not re-enter the building after exiting. Screening Process for Check-in: Before allowing entry, screen all parents and children, including taking temps of each person upon arrival. Staff members should be screened prior to every service. Entry should not be permitted for any person who meets any of the following criteria: Fever of 100.4 or higher in the last 24 hours without Tylenol or MotrinWheezing or shortness of breathRunny nose, cough, sore throat, or swollen glandsDiarrhea or vomiting in the past 24 hoursRedness or runny eyesRashIn the previous 14 days has had contact with someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19.In the previous 14 days has had contact with someone who is currently being tested for COVID-19.In the previous 14 days has traveled outside the US or to areas with widespread transmission.
