Hey there, I am a carpenter looking to hire my first helper. This means you will be working with me directly. I understand that there are larger companies hiring, and I first and foremost recommend them if you are looking for a job like that. On that note, I am in no rush, and am looking to hire the right person. I am hoping to get lucky here. I got my start on craigslist, too, so I know you are out there. This position starts at $12 an hour, 32 hours per week (Tuesday through Friday). Advancement is substantial. If you can run the jobs yourself, after a few years, I would be more than willing to pay $25 an hour, or more, with as many hours as you want. This is a long-term thing. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with me. Money motivated is great, but I want someone who wants ME to make money. Job Requirements: -Reliable transportation -Good work ethic -No criminal record. -Sober -Dress well, and dress clean -Non-confrontational. Job details, to start: -Setting up jobsites -Cleaning -Maintaining equipment -Cutting -Hauling -Learning -A myriad of other things.. Like I said, I get it, there are lots of other job postings on the internet. Everyone is desperate for help. But, the right person is out there. I am a small company now, but I will be very large one day. This is a good shot for a clean, honest person to grow with me over the next few years.
