2-3 weeks full time job for “advanced” handyman. We are rehabbing an old Victorian so the skills and tasks are widely varied. There is a GC on the site but we need an independent experienced help to move the projects faster. Some examples are 1. Hanging ceiling fans 2. Fitting new doorknob and lock sets on bedrooms 3. Tearing out existing vinyl tile flooring 4. Laying new vinyl plank 5. Some demo and framing for a bathroom expansion 6. Fishing electrical lines for new outlets 7. Painting ceilings and some wall touch up 8. Constructing back door stairs and small deck Pay is based upon experience. Start ASAP
