Description

Meditating with feeling and understanding purifies the heart and sharpens the mind. Meditation is an evidence-based practice that leads to reduced anxiety, heightened focus, and improved well-being. There are so many benefits, and the hardest is simply to show up. That's why we've created a Monday evening class for us all to practice together. Join our teachers who expertly guide a community of ŌMies in a weekly group meditation that integrates practical tools with ancient wisdom. This session ends with tea and conversation. Bring: choose comfortable clothing (layers are the best, as change of body temperature may occur), a pillow and blankets to make yourself extra comfy, a refillable water bottle.
