Please join us again for this FREE event. Any teen who is in need of a gently used Prom or Formal gown is invited to this second annual even Please join us again for this FREE event. Any teen who is in need of a gently used Prom or Formal gown is invited to this third annual event in memory of Claire Allen. Claire was a 14 year old, freshman at Geneseo Central School in September 2017 when she was tragically struck and killed while out for a practice run with a cross country teammate. We remember her kind and giving spirit by holding this one day event at Geneseo Central School. Claire loved helping others and would have loved this event to help other girls find their dream dress! There will be hundreds of gowns available for those who attend to try on and take home if the dress is the perfect one for your upcoming Prom or Formal. In addition, we will have gently used dress shoes and accessories to give away as well. If you have more than one event you may take up to two dresses. **We ask that you send en email after signing up to inform us of your dress and shoe size so that we can be sure to have as many of those sizes as possible on site for the event. **  FAQs  COVID RULES: MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMESALL attendees will be screened at the door. Temperature taken and questionnaire to be completed.ONE other person ONLY may accompany the young lady looking for a dress.Once a dress is tried on by one person it will be unavailable to be tried on by anyone else per DOH . So, please chose wisely when picking dresses to try on at the event.Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No ID is necessary and any teen in need of a dress for their Prom or Formal is welcome, therefore there is no age requirement.  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? The school has more than enough parking.  What can I bring into the event? We ask that you bring in only a small purse or bag. If you have shoes you want to try on with the dresses please bring those along. Smoking, drinking, and drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited and any rude or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and escorted out if these rules are not followed.  How can I contact the organizer with any questions? You may use the email listed on this site to pose any questions. Emails will be answered as quickly as possible but please allow up to 48 hours for a response before sending another.  What's the refund policy? No refund necessary since it is FREE. We only ask that if you know you can not attend to remove yourself from the sign up so someone else may have your spot.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. We will have you on a registration list. Bringing the ticket is not required though encouraged.  Can I update my registration information? Yes. You may update until 24 hours prior to the event.  Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes. If you can not attend but someone would like to come in your place that is acceptable.  Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes. There will be a sign in to make changes if this occurs.
