INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, MN— Police responded to an assault that involved a stabbing early Saturday morning at the 6100 Block of Carmen, the Inver Grove Heights Police Department said. The suspect was arrested for second-degree assault, and was taken to Dakota County Jail, officials said. The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition, officials said.
