Looking for photography studio to rent or share

I'm a photographer based out of DC and soon I will be relocating to the Boston/Providence area. I'm looking to rent a studio space that is between 400-800 sq ft but I am open to larger if needed. I'm also willing to share a space with another photographer. Looking for rent under $1,500 per month if the studio is just me or under $1,000 if sharing a space. Let me know if you have anything or know of anything. If you don't have a space but are also looking to share a studio then reach out. Perhaps we can look and find something together.
