New construction ADU. We need a few different trades people. If you are contacting me regarding a trade please indicate what your trade is and confirm that you have in fact stood for a city inspection. Roofer New construction roof - 10 squares, install 2 skylights, composition roof. Plywood is already down. Pitch is 4/12 2. Plumber Underground inspection has been passed. Need someone to do roughy and top out. You must be able to pass the city inspection and know how to stand for a city inspection. One bathroom, laundry room, dishwasher, kitchen sink, water heater, gas stove, gas for HVAC, and hose bibs. Need a plumber to start this week. 3. HVAC - 759 sq ft house, 5 registers, 1 return, unit will be installed in attic. Ceilings are 17 ft. high. 4. Stucco - need lath and scratch coat completed this week. Need stucco completed for new construction. You must have access to scaffolding as the new house is 750 ft.² but the height of the walls are 17 feet.
