We are a fast growing small family owned termite and pest control company seeking a highly motivated energetic field representative technician to fill our new position to grow and service a route. Must have br. 2 or applicator license or will to train the right individual. We offer competitive pay, commission, and bonuses! Space for growth. Work truck and gas card and cell phone provided to take home. Compensation: $15-20 depending on experience. Plus Commission on Sales Full time job -termite/pest control field rep/ applicator license/prior pest control knowledge. -great communication and problem solving skills -clean driving record -Termite, construction wood working, and roofing experience is a plus -Communication with the office and co-workers -Must be willing to listen and follow instructions if needed -Must have the ability to Exceed customers expectations and Have a Positive Attitude Responsibilities include: Residential and commercial treatments Selling additional work to current customers and leads Collecting payments after each service Wood repairs Steady work if you are willing to put the effort.
