we have an opening for tile repair tech in occupied homes, we offer 1 year warranty on all tile and slab installation we do, the job requires to interact with homeowners and builder supervisors, these are all new homes. detail about the job: the tech comes into the office daily in the morning to pick up its work order to be done that day, all repairs are done by appointment the appointment could be standard maintenance like grout touch ups, caulking, clean dirty or stain grout, replace broken, defective, crack tiles, buff scratches on marble tops, fill in chips. we provide company vehicle we need a perfect driving record in hand and up to date we work 5 days a week in san diego county all jobs within san diego, experience is a plus but we could provide training to a degree, basic knowledge of hand tools is required, hammer, chisel, rotor hammer, English speaking is required we are looking for a committed person and a presentable image since we will working on homeowners home we have been in business for 23 years family owned
