A+ Staffing is hiring Event Staff for the NFL Draft Experience in Cleveland! The NFL Draft Experience is a free football festival celebrating the 86th Annual NFL Draft. Fans from all teams will enjoy interactive exhibits, autograph sessions and more at iconic locations around FirstEnergy Stadium, including the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and on the shore of Lake Erie. Dates/Times: Wednesday, April 28, 2021 – 10am-2pm (Training – Mandatory) Thursday, April 29, 2021 – 10am-5pm (AM shift) and 4pm-11:30pm (PM shift) Friday, April 30, 2021 – 10am-5pm (AM shift) and 4pm-11:30pm (PM shift) Saturday, May 1, 2021 – 8am-2pm (AM shift) and 1pm-7:30pm (PM shift) ***Seeking Staff who can work ALL days*** Position: Fan Safety Manager Job Description: Fan Safety Managers will enhance the Fan Experience by providing exceptional guest service while ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Fan Safety Managers will be strategically stationed throughout the NFL Draft Experience and will monitor mask wearing, social distancing and adherence to local health and safety guidelines. Staff will be provided with handheld signage and other assets to support a safe experience for all fans. Non-compliance issues will be escalated to trained security personnel. Requirements: Must be willing to proactively engage with fans in a friendly and polite manner. Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods. Must be willing to work outdoors and be prepared for varying weather conditions. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check.
