Employees needed for a hardscape construction company that specializes in Concrete and pavers coatings, Pressure wash, Overlay Concrete, griding. currently seeking a hard-working individual for a hardscape restoration company We are looking for people that are able to commit to full-time shift 5 days a week 8 hours Monday till Friday working independently, Job site change daily. Required Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have some construction experience. • Candidates need to be flexible with change, fast learners, and hard workers. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. • Candidates must have reliable transportation. • Candidates need to be prompt and ready to work on a daily basis. • Must have a valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. • Must pass pre-hire and random drug screening tests. • Professional attitude when working with customers and crew. Job Description: • Under the supervision of the foreman, candidates will help prep and restore the flooring and apply coatings. • Hired candidates will use floor preparation equipment power wash, sealing, staining, repairs. Responsibilities Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed procedures accurately and timely. Perform duties with minimal supervision. Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition. Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Strong work Ethic and dependable Previous experience needed.
