POSITION DESCRIPTION: We need a Framer/Carpenter Leadsman that can be self-sufficient. This position will primarily involve FRAMING on residential remodels and additions POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES: Be able to read plans Be able to build per plans Run a tape measure Work and lead a team to complete jobs in a timely manner Be safe and leading by example Communicate back to supervisor (be the communicator between the office and your crew) Be on time every morning, because the entire crew depends on you Required Experience: • 3 years full time framer/carpentry experience • Must be able to work in any weather conditions • Be able to perform any standard carpentry task on your own. General Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation • Must be in this country legally • Have a clean, positive, and professional attitude • Must have a cell phone • Must own complete nail bags, simple standard carpentry tools, rain gear, boots, hard hat, eye protection • Must comply with all L&I safety standards
