We are seeking experienced foreman and laborers for our Landscape Construction Division. If the applicant is employed with the company for more than 30 days and follows our company code of conduct they will receive a $150.00 bonus. Job Description Landscape Construction Laborers: The ideal laborer candidate will be responsible for general labor up to and including: Following all directions from foreman/supervisors. Some experience preferred. Ability to use hand tools, small equipment and larger equipment. Able to maintain a professional appearance. Ability to communicate in both English & Spanish preferred. Have a reliable source of transportation to get to and from job sites daily. Qualified applicants should have leadership experience, a minimum two year landscape experience, posses strong communication skills and a good work ethic. Hard work, dedication and a desire for career growth is highly desirable. Skills Required: Requirements: 2+ years experience. Ability to read job plans Ability to operate machinery such as bobcat, excavator, etc. Knowledge of hand tools, equipment, irrigation, hardscape, plants, etc. Valid Driver License with clean driving record. Have a reliable source of transportation to get to & from job sites daily. Bilingual, Spanish, a plus. Compensation: Hourly dependent upon experience.
