Come join an amazing team! Kindred Bravely is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate who wants to help us make HER day. Opportunity (the job): As a full-time Warehouse Associate, you'll find a friendly, team-oriented culture in a clean, upbeat, and fun environment! We have fun and get to make a ton of moms days. This is a small warehouse with only a few other warehouse associates. We follow all COVID-19 safety protocols. You will have the ability to work independently, 6-feet apart from other warehouse workers. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. The scheduled shift will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Overtime and weekend work may be required. Skills We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who… -Is positive and enjoys solving puzzles -Is trustworthy, independent, reliable and always on time -Pays close attention to details and learns quickly -Is resourceful, motivated and energetic -Is excellent at following through and completing assignments -Has a passion for helping moms and making the world a better place Bonus Skills: -Has experience working in an eCommerce Warehouse -Has some experience in quality control -Forklift certification Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to): -Arrive on time each day with a positive attitude -Inspect returns and re-package clothing -Help pick, pack and ship Kindred Bravely clothing -Prepare shipments with the highest level of quality and productivity standards -Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and customer personnel -Follow company safety policies and procedures, including all COVID-19 safety precautions -Ability to perform heaving lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for several hours at a time -Perform additional duties as required Location: Oceanside, CA Salary: $15.00/hour + $300 on-time bonus after 4 weeks of employment APPLY HERE:
