We are a wholesale bakery, family owned and operated business which is based in San Marcos CA. We bake the finest rustic breads and pastries and deliver them fresh daily to the best restaurants, hotels, and markets. We proudly serve a diverse set of customers ranging from small local businesses to larger national chains. We are currently seeking energetic team members for the following departments and different shifts available! PRODUCTION: 8:00 AM BAKERS/OVENS: 8:00 AM LINE OPERATOR: 8:00 AM Candidates must be reliable, hard-working, detailed oriented, organized and respectful of their co-workers. No prior bakery experience necessary. Job Responsibilities: Repetitive work of lifting and placing food stuff on and off of trays or pallets. Working with food ingredients and baked goods. Moving rolling racks to and from work areas. Lifting up to 50 pounds of products. Standing /walking 100% of the time. Cold temperatures up to 10% of the time, (moving product and cleaning inside of freezers and coolers.) Working near ovens Cleaning Principals only For Line Operator Position: Experience with machine be a plus if not proper training will be done.
