Holistic Day Retreat Have you been feeling like you’re in a fog? Weighed down by this past year of a pandemic, and a dark and harsh winter? The light is peaking through the clouds! It’s time to clear the fog, lift that heaviness, and spring clean your mind, body, and spirit. Join us for a holistic day retreat focusing on reestablishing balance and setting the foundation for whole-life wellness in your four bodies: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Alli Blair Snyder, owner and founder of Bravely, and Cait Long, owner and founder of Team Lifelong Wellness, are joining together to bring you a soul-fulfilling day filled with yoga, meditation, clean eating, community, and workshops centered in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Caitlin Long, is a board certified PA-C, a comprehensive Wellness and Life Coach, and a Yoga and Meditation Teacher. Alli is a holistic Medicine Woman, Mental Wellness Coach, Reiki Level II Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Writing Professor. We are both studying & researching (together!) in the Ph.D. program in Organizational Leadership at Alvernia University in Reading, PA. We’ll be connecting grounded science with over a decade of experience, while bringing in the spiritual elements of earth, fire, air, and water. Our Retreat Space The Bar & Tree Lounge, is a beautiful oasis right in the quaint Reading area and close to home! This spacious outdoor area includes a covered bar, a cozy bonfire circle, a lovely grassy space for movement and workshops surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees, and meticulously clean amenities.
