Hi, I have been trying to find a contractor to get some work done for a while and nothing has worked out. So I thought I'd try this approach instead. I'm looking for someone to raise and level a floor. The floor is hardwood and is a little over 200 square feet. It can be easily accessed from the basement. I also need an office area closed in, a couple of dressing rooms installed and a door installed. This is for a commercial property. The person MUST be licensed in the State of Georgia as it is a historic property and will require a proper permit from the City of Griffin.
