Dig your toes into the sand, shake off the weight of the day, and enjoy the serene ocean ambiance at sunset. This rejuvenating, non-traditional 60 min workout provides a combination of slow flow vinyasa yoga and gentle core power exercise focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. Our goal is to offer classes that promote weight loss, wellness, and overall healthy habits. #LoseTheQuarantine15 Current yoga classes will be offered EVERY TUESDAY and FRIDAY EVENING AT UPHAM BEACH. You can find a paid public parking lot nearby (they stop checking after 7pm so just pay for an hour).
