Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Initially 3 - 4 month assignment Position Summary: This position is an employee of Tommy Nobis Center providing supervision and support at a site in Lithia Springs/Austell area. The Production Site Supervisor provides leadership and direction to employees while working alongside the team in a warehouse to production and quality goals. The Production Site Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the community-based site and ensure a high level of customer service and ensure quality standards. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Acts as a working supervisor assisting workers in performing tasks. Responsible for ensuring production goals are met. Provides excellent customer service to the customer. Responsible for 10 - 20 employees. Conducts work daily with a sense of urgency and 'hustle'. Responsible for set-up and workflow of the site. This could encompass product movement, pallet movement, and monitoring of in-bound and out-flow material flows. Ensure all payroll/timesheet entries are done daily. Maintains a good attendance record.
