Farm, Food and Fun with Cliff Davis from Pig & Leaf and Chef Ransom from Mt. Pleasant Grille.
Join us for our Third Thursday of the month Tastings in the Triangle room. It will be a very informative and fun evening on April 15th, from 6-8pm with Pig and Leaf Farm.
Cliff Davis, from Pig and Leaf Farm in Summertown, will be speaking about his farming techniques and what makes his breed of pig, “American Durocs’ so special and delicious. Pig & Leaf is an ecologically designed family farm serving Middle Tennessee specializing in craft pork, artisan vegetables, and specialty cut flowers.
In addition, Chef Ransom of Mt. Pleasant Grille will conduct a food demonstration using several of Pig & Leaf’s products followed by a meal consisting of Pig & Leaf lettuce, an entrée with Pig & Leaf pork and ending the meal with a scrumptious dessert.
Pig & Leaf will have their farm product available for sale after the event to take home.
Wine and beer will be available for an additional cost.
