Total long shot but you parked next to me near university avenue today around 9:20am. You got out bought a pack of cigarettes at the store and came back to your car. You smoked while you sat in your car and waved at me twice before pulling out very slowly. Wish you would have chatted. Was trying to hang up on my call. I was in a white car.
