We have very old doors (1938) that do not close smoothly. Looking for an old door expert to adjust the locks and doors to close smoothly. If interested email me thank you. Thinking $175 might be a good start unless more work is needed. Might just need grease on the lock mechanism. Also this is a push handle like in commercial buildings.
