WE have 200 Rooms in 50 buildings that serves as a workforce housing complex on a 20 acre ranch in Gardendale. Housing units ( kitchenettes, bathrooms, and bedrooms) are cleaned on a shedule 2X per week with a full bedding change 1X per week. We have a Women Only 3 bedroom house for live on site housekeepers that is very safe. We have 36 security cameras, security, and management lives on site - we have no problems with people ever. Three meals per day are provided from the same kitchen and menu that serves all of our guests. Rooms have 42" Flatscreen Tvs on the wall with DirecTV and high-speed WiFi. Duties Include: written building unit cleaning schedule and checklists provided daily, sweep units, take out trash, spray and wipe down kitchenette surfaces, cabinets, bathrooms, desks, and countertops, clean bathrooms, and bedrooms and change the sheets and pillow cases 1X per week on occupied units. Make ready vacant buildings and rooms for incoming guests, clean kitchen, and our on-site market / cafe'. Pick up any trash or cigarette butts outside the building entrances. Wash and fold sheets, towels, and blankets and store in linen trailer for next use. You will be working with other cleaning staff - we have 4 now and are hiring 4 additional staff members due to the growth of our facility. People here are nice, the job is not stressful, and you eat very well while saving money by not having any bills. Hours are 40-60 hours per week.
