My crib is zoned industrial across from shipyards. There is no complaining about noise in this zoning. We can play metal on my wired side patio if we choose on a sunny day watching ships pass. This is a fact confirmed by the public works director. Looking for a drummer who's tired of the neighbors complaining about the hellaciously thunderous loud wrath of drums roaring from the garage or basement disturbing the peace. You can play the loudest double-bass monster kit here 24/7, and no one can say jack. I play guitar, and have a reliable bass player. We both have high-wattage pro amps.
