Special Needs Puppy needs a good home

Jak is a 7 month old Great Pyrenees. Unfortunately, he was neglected and probably abused by the breeder. He is afraid of wind, sounds that he isn't familiar with, unfamiliar people and children (only because of loud or startling noises. He's smart, crate trained and loves to be loved. He does great around other dogs and loves going to the dog park. Jak has had all of his shots but has not been neutered yet. In search of someone that has the time to work with him and more knowledge than I do with a special needs dog. I am asking a rehoming fee, because I would like only serious and knowledgeable inquiries only. He deserves a good home and needs to learn how to relax enough to be a puppy.
