Learn how to make these two wonderful beef dishes! About this Event: The Chefs at Bodacious are excited to demonstrate how to make this classic French dish, Beef Wellington, at home! We will also be demonstrating Beef Carpaccio as our first course of this class. This interactive demonstration will answer all of your questions on how to be comfortable mastering this dish in your own kitchen. Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. -Currently, ALL our classes are Demonstration style, hands off classes for the safety of our guests and employees. -ALL our classes will have three courses, with a light appetizer or salad, a main course, and a dessert. – Please enter through the Bodacious Shops main doors on Palafox Street! – Wine & beer service available. – Participants receive 10% off at So Gourmet on the day of the class. – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel this event and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
