Hello! And thank you for taking your time to check out my listing. 2020 was a rough year for me and my family.. And 2021 isn't going a whole lot better so far.. Looking for housing in or around Eugene for myself, my daughter, and my disabled mother. Due to a good friend passing of pancreatic cancer late last year, I am now forced to leave behind a project and home I have been passionate about and dedicated to for a decade... it's very difficult especially in these times. Ideally we are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house with space to garden. But due to Eugene and it's housing market we are struggling to find a good place that is in our budget and isn't shrouded in endless red tape and "application fees" I have a good amount of savings, but am currently unemployed due to various circumstances; so I don't currently make 2.5x the rent and my mother receives government assistance. So I prefer to rent person to person and not through some faceless housing corporation that will take my money and ultimately not care about my families well being. In the past I have done work trade and sharecropping situations and am open to alternatives modes of living.. just putting the line out there in hopes of manifesting the ideal spot for me and my family.
