Signing up here saves time for our parish office staff & provides the record-keeping required by the state in the event that contact-tracing is required. Logistics:Please enter through the main doors of the church on Elm St. The doors will be open at least 10 minutes before Mass time. A greeter will meet you, verify your name and take your temperature. Thank you in advance for your patience with our volunteer Door Monitors. Our seating configuration has changed; skip the pews with “NO” signs or that are taped off. There will be signs on the end of the pews. Please observe 6 feet of physical distancing from those not in your family. Face masks are required for all. In light of guidance issued by the Oregon Health Authority, face coverings are required for all people gathered in all churches in all counties in Phases 1 and 2 of reopening in Oregon. Exceptions are also made for people with disabilities and children under 5. Children 2 and under should not wear masks. Once Mass has ended, please exit the church. Do not stay to pray or visit with others. We must minimize our time inside the church. FAQs:Can I just show up at the door? No, if your name is not on the list, you may not attend Mass. What about people who don’t have internet access? Just call Parri or Rafael and they will sign you up. What if I’m not comfortable attending Mass? Please remember that you need not attend Mass on the weekend (Archbishop Sample’s dispensation remains in place). Who should not attend Mass? Do not attend Mass if you feel sick, or if you suspect you may be sick, or if you should be under self-quarantine due to possible contact with a person who has Covid-19. Further, anyone who is at risk because of an underlying health issue or who is 65 or older is strongly encouraged to avoid the risk of attending public Mass. Do I need to print & bring a ticket? No, you don't need to print anything to bring with you. We will print our attendance list from Eventbrite & this will be used by our Door Monitors to check attendees in. I made my reservation via Eventbrite, but my name wasn't on the Door Monitor's list; why not? We print our Eventbrite lists for weekend Masses on Friday. Deadline for signing up is noon, Friday. If you made your reservation after we print our list, your name won't be on it.
