Clinical Assessment & Documentation: The Psychiatric (clinical) Interview This is a 4.0 CEU seminar addressing the topic Clinical Assessment & Documentation: Major Categories of DSM Psychopathology.  This seminar is designed to introduce a structured approach for the psychiatric (clinical) interview, psychiatric review of systems (symptoms), and mental state (status) exam (MSE) to facilitate assessment and diagnosis based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and documentation based on the subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP) format.  This seminar is appropriate for trainees and clinicians.  A light continental breakfast will be provided.
