Portofino Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking a full-time individual for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for our 62-unit condo building in Long Beach, CA. The individual we hire should be a precise, analytical worker that is capable of doing projects independently, while ensuring that accuracy remains at a premium. If you can handle multiple tasks, are disciplined worker and a problem solver, and have previous maintenance experience and a mechanical aptitude, we would like to talk to you. Maintenance worker requirements: • Previous maintenance experience • Good organizational skills • Neat appearance • General computer skills • Basic plumbing skills • Good communication skills • Mechanical aptitude • Able to lift 50 lbs. Work schedule & Salary • 40 hr. flexible schedule with occasional overtime • Compensation commensurate with experience Maintenance worker responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance • Oversee and monitor vendors performing work on property such as landscaping, pool, trash, janitorial, electrical, plumbing, and trash • Handle basic repairs and preventive maintenance • Coordinating and overseeing residences move-in/move-out • Keeping property orderly and clean
