Looking for someone to maintain 2 residential properties in NE San Antonio (281 & Bitters area). This is not a landscape company or large team, it is a one person role maintaining my personal properties (5 acre and 2 acre residential properties). The role includes 20 to 30 hours per week performing the following: General yard maintenance • Mowing, trimming, edging • Picking up leaves • Yard clean up (including dog poop) • Fertilizing • Pulling weeds • Clearing branches • Trimming trees and shrubs • Yard tool maintenance General Handyman work • Painting • Minor woodwork • Minor electrical • Basic home repairs • Errands Cleaning • Cleaning outdoor furniture • Cleaning outside of house, including windows • Basic pool cleaning and maintenance • Pressure washing • Hauling trash Pay Hourly rate is $11 to $15 per hour depending on experience and whether we provide the yard maintenance tools or if you provide them. You can set your own hours, but minimum hours per week (20 to 30) are required.
